At this time LuxuryVintageGirl.com is not offering refunds on returns. In the event you wish to return your purchase we're happy to offer a store credit to be applied toward an exchange for another fur in our collection. The store credit will reflect a 10% restocking fee as well the cost of the original shipping. With our winter wedding season upon us, unfortunately we cannot have our inventory off our racks for periods of time which can result in the loss of revenue for our small business therefore we can only grant a one time exchange.

Ship item back at your own expense, fully insured with tracking number in it's original packaging via Fed EX or UPS within: 4 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within : 1 hour of purchase
Please note: You must contact us by using the form below within: 2 days of delivery to receive instructions on arranging the return. Please do not return the fur without notifying us first. We reserve the right to deny the exchange without prior return/exchange approval. Important: The fur must be shipped back in it's original, secure, packing materials, fully insured with a tracking number via Federal Express or UPS. Once the fur is received in it's original, unworn condition, we will issue a store credit (less the original cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee) which can then be applied towards the purchase of another fur. Friendly Reminder: Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping via UPS or FED as well as the cost of the original shipping which will be deducted from your store credit.
